We are looking to hire driven graduates within our business for the role of Recruitment Consultant to begin our proven and successful, training program. We don’t only hire people with previous experience in recruitment as we know that our training provides people with non-recruiting backgrounds, with the best start to a professional and lucrative career, full of unlimited career opportunities.

Make no bones about it, Recruitment is sales, and it doesn’t come easy, but in our world, it’s a very advanced professional level of sales where long-term relationships are built and nurtured.

Our world of professional recruitment has its demands and if it was easy, everyone would do it…but they don’t. The salary range included is an OTE realistic within your first year of recruitment, however, is not a limit. £22,000 – £60,000 per annum.
